Event Info
Gates will open at 5:30! Our tasting room will be closed during the day to allow us and the band to set up. Read on for other Elkton tasting rooms you must visit if you're coming to Elkton early!
Carpool if you can! We hope to minimize traffic and dust. When you arrive you will drive up to the top and follow the traffic to form two lanes in the drop off area. Unload your crew and your chairs and then drive back around the vineyard to the lower field for parking. For those needing accessible parking, we will have a designated area up near the tasting room for you. Guests unloading can check in with one of our staff before setting up their seating area.
There will be a shuttle/hay ride to drive you back up to the event area from the parking lot.
We will have to confiscate any alcohol brought in, as we are liable for alcohol consumption at the event. But there will be a selection of Two Shy beer and of course Bradley Vineyards wine to slate thirsts. N/A beverages will be available at our guest food truck. If you bring a small picnic or snacks that will be permitted as well as water bottles. We'll have jugs of cold water available as refill stations.
We hope you arrive hungry because Elkhorn BBQ is preparing an awesome menu which does include vegetarian options.
The concert will begin at 7pm and will include one short intermission. The show concludes at 9pm.
Drivers are welcome to walk down to retrieve their vehicles and pick up their party at the top as they did during drop-off.
We will have a restroom trailer onsite and an accessible bathroom available in the tasting room.

If you are coming to Elkton earlier in the day, be sure to check out our neighbors at Haines Creek Tasting Room, Brandborg, River's Edge, and Lexeme at their new winery! Elkton’s newest label, Come With Wine will be pouring at the new Lodge Hall General Store during the day as well! Bradley Vineyards will not be available for wine tasting during the day, but the gates will open for the event at 5:30. Cell phone service is spotty on site, so if you want to have your tickets on your phone, we recommend taking a screenshot of them. We will have a master list on hand and will have an analog check-in option to expedite the process. Tickets will be available at the gate, but we encourage everyone to get them ahead of time for convenience! Spread the word and we look forward to seeing you on August 8!
